- This applies to guilty plea cases for more serious offences in the Magistrates'
- Our barristers will fully prepare for your case and mitigating circumstances
- Attending the sentencing hearing arguing for the best possible outcome based on your personal circumstances

- This applies to not guilty plea cases
- Our barrister will prepare for your case and assist with instructing drug expert if necessary (expert's costs are separate)
- Attend the preliminary hearing
- Any further directions hearing will be an additional fee of £950
- The trial fee will be from £1,950 depending on the length of the trial

- This applies to challenging decisions for offences involving drink/drug driving

- There will be additional fee for our barristers to attend the hearing, from £1,250 depending on the nature of the appeal.
Crown Court Cases
For other serious offences which have been elevated to the Crown Courts due to the often serious and/or complex nature of the case. Our fees for this category of cases will be from £4,000.
